We are looking for new talent as Spare Part Engineer Trainee

As a Spare Part Engineer Trainee, you will be part of Fastems’ Global Services organization and support excellent customer experience throughout the lifecycle of our automation systems. You will work closely with Fastems teams, customers, and partners to ensure the availability of the right spare parts at the right time.

In this role, you will support spare part and spare part package services for Fastems Group companies, dealers, and end customers. Your responsibilities will include creating spare part offers and orders independently, both on customer request and proactively based on lifecycle planning.

You will learn to understand delivered systems and components and identify suitable spare part solutions for customer needs. You will work with drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation to ensure technical compatibility, and you may also participate in developing tools and processes that improve spare part services.

This position offers a broad view into Fastems’ automation business, combining technical expertise, customer interaction, and elements of sales and service development. You will work in an international environment and build valuable skills for a future career in industrial services.

To be successful in this position:

• A suitable technical education (e.g. mechanical, automation, or software engineering) or relevant experience is expected.

• Fluent written and spoken English is required, while earlier spare part or after‑sales experience and other language skills (such as German or French) are considered advantages.
